Stage 01
Collection
Our vehicle reaches the address you give us. Cargo is weighed, measured and checked in front of you before it leaves.
Stage 02
Packing and Labelling
Weak cartons are rebuilt, fragile goods are crated, and every piece gets a label that survives handling at four different terminals.
Stage 03
Export clearance
Declaration filed, HS codes checked and permits attached. This is where shipments usually stall, so it is where our most experienced staff sit.
Stage 04
Main Transport
Air, sea or road. You receive the actual flight or vessel number, with a weekly position update on longer sailings.
Stage 05
Import clearance
Our own agent files the entry and pays the duty. Your receiver is never contacted by a stranger demanding money before release.
Stage -06
Final Delivery
Carried inside to the floor and room you named. Signature and delivery photo reach you within the hour.
